Our tour was excellent. We found the group easily and our guide was friendly and professional. She was extremely knowledgeable. The pace of the walk was good. The tour took us to all the key places in Verona, which was important for us as we were only in town for a day. Our guide was very nice to our teenage son, and he found it really interesting. We also learnt a bit about food specialties of Verona from our guide, which we later tried and enjoyed. The only downside for us was that some of our fellow tourists chose to smoke throughout the tour: This came as a surprise to us as most things are non-smoking in the UK, and it hadn’t occurred to us that things might be different in Italy. This was no reflection on our guide however, who was superb. We would thoroughly recommend the tour to others.

This is actually the first time I’ve ever written a review, simply because it’s the first time I’ve been so impressed by a tour guide. She was truly outstanding, doing everything she could to make our experience even more engaging. It was the only tour we’ve ever been on where we actually applauded at the end — that’s how exceptional she was. She turned the whole tour into a unique and memorable experience for everyone. And as two Greeks on the tour, she genuinely won our hearts. Highly recommended!

Mauro was an excellent and knowledgeable guide. Unfortunately it rained for most of our tour, sometimes heavily, I think that's unusual for September

Our group size was 6 which was excellent, however the guide did mention the next one was 18 which would of been to much. Loved looking at the arena however it would of been great to have spent more time there. We have come away knowing alot more about Verona as we toured many sights with the guide providing alot of information. As a guide he was excellent. He took questions, looked after us as a group and as individuals. Really enjoyed it.

Our guide Maurice was very knowledgeable. We were always on time for the next part of the tour and he gave us so much information about the history of the buildings, food, wine, and areas to visit. Places we would have just walked through became so much more. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the pace at which it was run. Would highly recommend.

Macro was an excellent, knowledgeable guide who made the tour fun and interesting. On our own, we would never have discovered and noticed all the points of information that he showed us. It is a 3 hour walking tour so you do have to be quite fit! I did not climb the steps to the top tier of the Arena because I am not happy coming down steep steps without a rail but my husband did and said that the views were wonderful. All in all we would definitely recommend this tour. it is quite expensive but definitely excellent value.

The walking tour was excellent! Our guide was knowledgable and very helpful, taking us down streets and explaining the politics and history as well as what some symbols meant to the local people of the time. The arena was amazing older than the colosseum of Rome! Enjoyed the cable car ride and seeing Juliette’s balcony without queuing! A definite recommendation Verona is beautiful and a must visit when in Italy!

Great tour! There is so much more to Verona than the Arena and Juliet’s house. We would have missed so many things if we had not done this tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and provided lots of information about history, architecture, culture, food and drink, hidden gems, etc.

Wir hatten die super nette Führerin Maria, die uns viel gezeigt und erklärt hat und uns an einem wahnsinnsheißen Tag gut durch die Stadt und immer möglichst im Schatten geführt hat. Danke noch mal für die Rücksicht.
