Vesuvius Tour with Entrance Ticket Included

This is more a shuttle service and not a group excursion. They pick you up in Naples and drop you off at Vesuvio where you get your ticket to Vesuvio and the time when your bus is leaving for Naples. You hike up by yourself. At the crater there are supposed to be guides who will explain more if interested. I didn't do this, since they were quite rude and there are no fixed times when the guides are starting ('when we have a group of people, we go'). That was weird, but not the fault of this company. That's organized by the park. My ticket wasn't there when we arrived, so I had to wait. Eventually I got a ticket for a later time slot, which meant I had to wait a bit more (~20 min total). As a result, I wouldn't have enough time at the crater, so they offered a later bus. As a result, I had to kill 2.5 hrs there. Not convenient, but it can happen. I assume this was an exception. Driver and bus are fine, departures timely.
