Easy Vesuvius Tour from Naples or Pompeii

This was very efficiently run but we had very little time at Vesuvius. We are of average fitness so got up in average time. This left 30 minutes at the top and it takes 15 minutes to walk the path at the top in each direction. So we had to do that pretty quickly and then came back down as quickly as we could. It would have been better to have had at least another 30 minutes to an hour for the overall trip. Thanks

The activity was as advertised. The place we met the bus appeared to be in a sketchy area and there were no markings or anyone waiting for us where we met the bus. On return, the bus was 20 minutes late picking us up which was nerve wracking since it was the only bus that afternoon we could take to get back to the drop off place. There needs to be better communication between the tour company and the tourists.
