Tour guide very friendly, energetic and kind. He was informative and nice. The group was nice and small. The guide tried I think but things were not organized and it was insanely busy. We waited in line 40 min to even get into the colosseum as the lines were snaking all around outside. It wasn't organized. Even the guide told us he'd never seen it so crowded. Would not do it again. Had a chance to ask questions yet did not really get to much history or information as it was just way too busy. I actually feel sorry for Roma - it's so incredibly inundated with tourists. It's overwhelming. To pay this amount and not see much we could have just walked around the colosseum and been okay.
