Rome Top Highlights Golf Cart Tour

The tour was amazing !! And amazing starts with our amazing guide Giovanni We had a group of four and engaged in wonderful conversations with Giovanni as he took us to all the sites that were planned. He knows the streets and all the perfect photo locations. He was courteous, very easy to understand in English and super careful moving the cart thru busy areas. I have forgotten our tour guide’s name but he was so knowledgeable and so passionate about Rome’s history. We did this on the afternoon of our arrival. Our tour encountered a hail storm and pouring rain but the golf cart kept us dry and has plastic coverings which kept the rain out and let us still see clearly. We learned so much and got a solid lay of the land. Everyone in our party of 5 liked it very much. Golf carts can go places and maneuver streets very well. It was well worth it. This tour is far superior to a hop on hop off bus (and on that day they were all soaking wet!). Very pleased we did this specific tour

One of our travel buddies had a flight delayed and joined our tour the day before - nothing was a problem! This tour was fantastic, Giovanni was an excellent guide. We were looking for something to do for our last day in Rome and decided on this tour, there was only a small group of us and we had all been to the big tourist sights so Giovanni took us to some lesser known places and was open to changing from the standard itinerary. I would definitely do this tour again, it was great value for money and I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking to either see the big sights (free time is allowed to go look at places you are visiting) or for something a little different. Thank you Giovanni, we had such a good time!
