EVO Oil & Wine Tasting in a Sicilian Baglio

We really enjoyed our olive oil and wine tasting. We learnt a lot about olive oil and I have a much greater appreciation for it now. We had done wine tasting before so it was good but as you would expect we didn’t learn as much new information. I loved the setting and we learnt about the estate and I would have loved to learn even more.

Visited today and so glad we did whilst visiting the island! Thank you so much to our guide; she was so friendly and informative. Highly recommend!

The estate is beautiful. We were impressed with the concern for quality and being organic. We learned about the types of olives and grapes grown in Trapani. Enjoyed the tastings of olive oil and wine. The tour guide's knowledge and hospitality was excellent.
