Good to know

This tour is NOT suitable for those who want to visit the Palace and Gardens of Isola Bella and Isola Madre. We recommend setting aside a full day to explore them, since this tour is already quite demanding!
Please pay attention to the time schedule we send you when booking, especially the bus connections!
Please check the weather conditions before booking - in case of bad weather, the cable car in Laveno temporarily suspends service.
To access the Laveno cable car and the Eremo di Santa Caterina, you must get in the line and show your ticket at the ticket office to collect your entry passes.
The Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso has a panoramic staircase of 268 steps. However, this route may be tiring for some visitors. Those who prefer can use the on-site elevator, whose cost (€ 1 per person) is not included in the ticket price. There is also a small restaurant where you can eat something before or after starting your tour.
