My group had a fabulous experience! We were welcomed to the experience with lovely hospitality and entry was easy. 100% recommend.

The line was massive and we were able to get in super quick. The “guide” (he escorts you to the entrance, it is a self-guided tour) worked to get us in earlier than our reservation, which we didn’t ask for but very much appreciated as we had a later reservation for which we were happy to have more travel time.

very disappointed. we booked ator cancelled by saying the museum was closed. we walked past it and it was open!!! for this reason we booked Accademia - same price - less to see. and paid to go Uffizi and your oper

The experience was awesome. We are sorry for being late for over an hour ( never late again😭）. The staff helped us immediately and fortunately we got our tickets. The museum is worth a see. The fast track is so effective that allowed us avoid a one-hour queue I guess

Der schönste und meist fotografierter Mann, erster Supermodel der Welt ;-) zum dritten mal gesehen, wurde ich noch 10 mal wieder machen

Wir mussten in der Schlange stehen, wir hatten kein Guide und das Ticket was regulär 20€ kostet haben wir hier für 45€ bekommen

Es gab überhaupt kein Guide und keine Führung. Das offizielle Ticket kostet 20 Euro. Hier doppelt bezahlt für keine Leistung! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen
