Amalfi Cooking Class: Mozzarella, Fettuccine & Tiramisù with Wine Tasting

Wir waren an einem nebligen Tag in der Karwoche bei Fernando. Das war ein Highlight für uns an der Amalfiküste! Fernando hat uns mit viel Humor und ganz schnell in die Zubereitungskunst von Tiramisu, Tagliatelle und Mozzarella eingeführt. Entzückend auch, wie die jungen Söhne und deren Freunde Fernando dabei unterstützen! Am Ende haben wir das selber zubereitete zusammen mit vielen anderen Köstlichkeiten des Hauses genießen dürfen. Alles sehr authentisch! Sehr empfehlenswert! Kleine Anmerkung: Mein Mann hat direkt nach der Rückkehr aus dem Urlaub (während ich erstmal die Koffer ausgepackt habe) Tagliatelle zubereitet!!!

The whole class was amazing. Fernando was such a vibe and really brought passion and enthusiasm to his class. The wine started from the moment we arrived (and was very nice) and kept flowing there after. The food was all really good and we left with very full and happy stomachs. Highly recommend this class, it’s great value for money and such a good time all round. The only thing to note is it’s kind of difficult to locate as there is no sign on the building and it’s a couple of buildings past where google maps takes you. But the neighbours were able to help us out.

Had the most amazing afternoon at Ferdinando's cooking class. Absolutely amazing food with fresh ingredients and a great teacher. We are still buzzing from the experience and will recommend to any person we meet coming to the Amalfi coast because it was a wonderful experience. We would love to come back, thank you! Honestly, can't tell you how good the food and the fresh ingredients and wine was. Incredible, and such good hosts!

Our experience with Ferdinandos cooking class was exceptional! He was a great teacher, very verbal and takes you step by step with each part. We both were excited to learn how to make everything from scratch rather than store bought. After making the pasta we were treated with wine and bread, then out came the food. We also made the tiramisu in the beginning of the class and waited till it was cold enough to eat. After we made the pasta Ferdinando took them to the kitchen to finish making them. When it was finished he brought the pasta out and it was so good! I highly recommend this class to anyone who visits the area!

Fantastic day. The hosts were great. Plenty of home made wine and Limoncello. The cooking class was great fun. Met a lovely family also doing the class. It’s a great way to meet new people from all over the world. And the finale - the lunch - prepared by us was delicious. I can now make tagliatelle, tiramisu and mozzarella! Lunch was followed by a short walk to the top for the amazing view. I highly recommend this experience. Great value for money.
