Authentic Puglia Cooking Class in a Family Home near Lecce

From the moment we pulled into the homestead we were greeted with smiling faces and enthusiasm. The communication was fantastic from our host, Enza all the way up to our experience. The evening was full of laughter and enjoyment and the host family was gracious and so kind. We were treated like family. The evening started out with Prosecco and homemade small bites to eat. Everything was so good. We then headed to a large table set up with our stations for our pasta class. We learned to make 2 different pastas and those were gathered and cooked and 2 home made sauces were added to them for our dinner. We had wine to drink and we enjoyed the conversation with the other guests and host and her family. This is a 10 out of 10 experience and we would do it again because it was so fun. I highly recommend doing this, you will have an incredible evening and meet some amazing people while you learn to make pasta and eat some incredible food.

Het was echt geweldig! Het gezin is zo liefdevol en gezellig. We hebben heerlijk gegeten van onze zelf gemaakte pasta. Wat een prachtige locatie. Dit is de echte Italiaanse beleving. Vooraf heerlijk genoten van een plank vol lokale zelf gemaakte lekkernijen. Daarna pasta maken, relaxen en gezamenlijk eten. Na het dessert werd de gitaar erbij gepakt en hebben wij de avond gezellig afgesloten met een glas wijn. Zoek je naar een gezellige kook cursus waarbij gezelligheid en een drankje voorop staat dan is dit het! Tip vraag of ze een transfer kunnen regelen. Dit scheelt enorm in taxi kosten.

Enza, Antonio, and their two daughters along with a family friend were spectacular hosts! The evening was incredibly relaxed as we were invited into their home. The pasta cooking lesson was so much fun and really brought the group together even though we were from all around the world, France, India, USA, and Holland. The meal was fantastic, the company wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Our hosts went above and beyond with hospitality, free video of the evening, beverages of your choice, and home made desert! In fact, everything that was served was made by scratch and garden picked. Thank you Enza, Antonia, and your lovely family.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like we knew the hosts for a long time! The whole family took part in hosting the evening, even the dog! We enjoyed the company of the other guests & had a delicious meal with a special dessert, wonderful wine & homemade limoncello! The experience was so fun & felt more like an evening with long time friends! Don’t miss out on this experience if you are in Lecce!

Enza and Antonio were amazing chefs, videographers, photographers and were truly delightful hosts! They are both warm and welcoming and they immediately made us feel as if we had known each other for years. The pasta making was so much fun and the sauces were perfection. Antipasto outside was amazing, the dips, charcuterie and cheeses fabulous. Dinner felt like dinner with friends. Dessert was lovely. Lots of wine, prosecco and lemoncello. Lots of fun and laughter. This was the best cooking class/dining experiencke we've had!!

This was so fun and special! Their house is a dream and so special to experience this in the countryside along with all the plants they use for ingredients. The couple and their daughter were awesome! The class was so fun and informative, and they made it so personal. We had lots of laughs and learned a lot. Highly recommend! This was not your ordinary cooking class. It was a heart and soul experience. Enza and Antonio were gracious and welcoming, the pasta making was great and the dinner provided afterwards was absolutely delicious. Great camaraderie among the group and it felt like we were having dinner with family. I would recommend this activity without hesitation if you are looking for a pasta making class that is beyond the usual. Great value for money here.
