Salina Capers Experience: discover the island's green gold

Giuseppe's tour was great! His love for Salina, its food and biodiversity is clear. He lives in a beautiful area where he explained in excellent English about his capers, wine-making and the island. We enjoyed such a delicious tasting board with plenty of the winery's white wine and desert wine. Thank you for everything, we had a wonderful time!

Giuseppe ist ein großartiger Guide, der einem die Landwirtschaft und die Geheimnisse der Kapernpflanze auf Salina näherbringt. Die Verkostung der Kapernprodukte und Weine war ein absolutes Highlight. We absolutely loved the Capers tour! Giuseppe was so knowledgeable and we learned a lot. He also went out of his way to make my birthday really special. There were so many different caper dishes paired with local cheese and meats, and the wine was great too. Would 100% recommend, so worth doing if you’re in the Aeolian islands, Salina is so beautiful.
