Rome Nocturnal Golf Cart Tour

BEWARE…Horrible experience. Nocturnal Rome canceled our reservation/tour (Night golf cart tour) at 8:40 PM when our tour was set to begin at 10:00 PM. trying to find a different tour that late at night is next to impossible. We were already at the meeting spot, so we decided to stick around. The tour actually took place, and it was just overbooked. It was significantly overbooked, by at least 6. 14 were allowed on the tour, and 6 of us (3 independent groups of 2), were told “I sent you a message an hour ago, but I canceled your tour”. This behavior is unacceptable. We tried to rebook for the next 3 nights, and we were not able to without paying an extra 130 euros. The tour guide in person then told us to just show up the next night and pay him cash. Very shady. The only groups that got canceled were booked through “GetYourGuide”. Tours booked through “Viator” happened. GetYourGuide refused to rebook our reservations for the same price. Avoid Nocturnal Rome and GetYourGuide

Ik heb enorm genoten van de nachttour door Rome. We zijn langs veel prachtige bezienswaardigheden gekomen en alles was schitterend verlicht. De stad heeft ’s avonds een heel bijzondere sfeer met alle lampjes aan, wat de tour extra speciaal maakte. Alles was goed georganiseerd en ik ben erg tevreden. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die Rome op een unieke manier wil beleven!

Turumuz çok keyifli ve bilgilendiriciydi. Özellikle Beyza hanımın güleryüzü ve sıcak muhabbeti için teşekkür ederiz. Kızımızla ilgilenmesi ayrıca bizi mutlu etti. Çok memnun kaldık. Turun hem ferah, havadar olması hem de ışıklandırmaların açılmasıyla şehrin güzelliğinin ayrıca ön plana çıkması sebebiyle bu gece turunun yapılmasını tavsiye ediyoruz.

The nocturnal golf cart tour allowed us to see all the important sites without the heat or the crowds. The guide we were assigned to was informative, pleasant and patient. His love for history and architecture was evident in the way he explained, providing us with tit-bits of information that were interesting to know. Clearly, the best activity we did in Rome. We would highly and without second thought, recommend this to anyone.

Book it!! This tour was simply amazing. I can’t imagine any other golf cart tour surpassing the kindness, knowledge and top quality midnight tour we received from our guide. We learned so much history about Ancient Rome and the many buildings/landmarks we travelled to. We saw everything beautifully lit up with way less crowds, and many sites with none at all, almost like we had much of the city to ourselves. It is the perfect way to squeeze in a lot of sightseeing during a short stay in Rome. This would also be a great way to START your stay in Rome, offering inspiration as to the many sights you’d like to go back to before you leave. If you’ve been deciding about which golf cart tour you want, you can stop looking because THIS is the one to do and you’ll thank yourself later. Truly the top highlight of our long weekend in Rome.
