Private Pompeii Tour from Naples with Transfer and Guide

It would not have been the best trip ever without our amazing driver Dominque and our tour guide Jasmine!! They were both absolutely wonderful! We only had 2 hours in Pompeii as we had other excursions planned after, but Jasmine made sure we saw most of the major sites and took the time to explain all the history to our kids too!! She is truly the best!!

Our driver Mirko was excellent, he was very friendly and punctual. He was 10 mins early! My group was very happy to have him as our driver. Our guide Theresa, was very kind and understanding. Not too fast, not too slow, the pacing was perfect! Theresa was very knowledgeable as well. She knows exactly how to narrate a comprehensive and beautiful story that captures the grandeur of Pompeii. The travel agent is also very responsive and accomodating! More than happy to recommend this package of private tour!

Llegaron tarde a recogernos en el hotel. No nos avisaron. Además el teléfono de contacto que aparece está mal, llama a un particular. Tuvimos que contactar a la agencia con ayuda del hotel. La guía había perdido el tren y el transporte tuvo que ir a recogerla. Llegamos a Pompeya una hora más tarde de lo previsto. Con lo cual la visita guiada duró menos porque la guía tenía otro tour previsto y hubo determinados puntos emblemáticos que no vimos, aunque lo pedimos nos dijo que no había tiempo. El precio pagado no se corresponde para nada con la expectativa de un tour privado. Como clientes pagamos los retrasos de transporte y guía con nuestro tiempo para la visita.
