Overall, we had a really great time, and learned some techniques that my daughter and I have already tried out For improvement, please consider making the meeting point a little bit more explicit that it is in a courtyard, not indoors at a restaurant/business. We wandered around confused, until another part of our group showed up, and we all decided to wait together.

Really enjoyed learning how to make pasta from scratch including learning how to make one sauce as a group - amatraciana today. The addition of recipes being sent through at the end of the class was also great. We did also have a lovely pumpkin filled ravioli (filling made prior) which we didn’t receive the recipe for and would be grateful if this could be sent through as it was so tasty. Manuella & Elisa were the class leaders and both were great fun and extremely helpful for any questions etc both during and after including sharing food recommendations around Rome. On reviewing this, I realise appetizers should have been included in my class. It says we would be greeted with prosecco and a plate of cheese & meats however we did not receive these. Disappointing as I feel like cheese and meat tasting would have made this experience even better all round. We did receive prosecco during the class and a glass of wine with the pasta but the appetisers were missed completely.

We had a fantastic time cooking with Gianmaria and the entire group! We came with our 4 year old and she had a blast too. The class was well paced and easy to follow, the prosecco and wine were flowing, and the vibes were amazing! Absolutely recommend this class for anyone looking for a fun (and yummy) activity in Rome!

It was amazing! Would 100% recommend doing this. There were twelve of us altogether and the chefs were so funny and friendly but also answered any question we had. The food turned out really nice and there was lots of prosecco going around.

We really enjoyed this cooking class. Fun, educational and entertaining. Elisa was excellent and learning how to make pasta from a local Roman chef was the best way to do so. Making the pasta and sauces was great, but tasting them afterwards was equally good!

A Must-Do Family Experience in Rome! This pasta-making class was an absolute highlight of our trip! We were greeted with prosecco (and juice for the kids) by our chef, Gianmaria, who was brilliant throughout. Making pasta from scratch was super fun, and the kids loved helping prep the sauces. We finished by eating our homemade fettuccine puttanesca and ravioli, followed by fresh gelato and great red wine. Plus, it was a wonderful, air-conditioned escape from the heat outside. Highly recommended!
