Bellagio Sunset Boat Tour on Lake Como with Prosecco Aperitif

What we actually had was great! I think we were delayed about 10 or so minutes because the group that was to join us was 15 minutes late, tried contacting our guide and wanted him to come back. We stopped out in lake and he had to talk with them, then call his boss and then we finally went on but then we went back about 10 mins before the hour so the 60 min boat ride was more like 40-45 😞 That said, our guide was fun, knowledgeable and very sweet. I would still highly recommend…you just get a better and more personal view of the lake than just riding in a ferry and no one is giving you the good stories that a guide will. Book it-don’t wait!

This was the worst boat tour i have ever experienced. It was not worth the amount we paid. It was just like a taxi boat - and I could imagine the driver of the taxi boat might have been more enthusiastic in talking about at Lake Como as compared to this tour guide. Yes, we stopped on some places and this young kid who was supposed to be our guide- with no enthusiasm at all- rambles about the stop - we barely could even hear him !!! Not to mention the warm Prosecco that tasted so bad -we just have to toss it. What a waste of money... please give us our money back- I demand 50% refund!!

We had a different boat to what was advertised. It was suppose to be a max of 6-8 people on the boat and ended up being 10 people on what seemed to be the hottest day/ evening of our stay. Another boat drove into us at the beginning of the tour, so the captain was more concerned about any damage to the boat rather than our experience. We should have had prosecco and water during the tour, which the captain only offered us about 10 mins before the tour was due to end. No opportunity to stop for photos on the boat either. Very disappointing given it was our last night and the cost spent on the tour.

The overall experience was quite normal and met expectations, but the price for a single person wasn't particularly cheap, making the service seem mismatched for that cost. During the experience, we were given a brief introduction to the wine at each corresponding scenic spot, but due to unfavorable travel timing, the overall scenery appeared rather plain and wasn't at its best.
