For cruise passengers, there is a pick-up service at 10 AM inside the port, just outside the cruise terminal. Please send a message to the tour guide to request the pickup. If your cruise ship arrives later, an alternative pickup time can be organized
Cruise ship drop-off is not included. The place where the tour ends is just 20 minutes away from the port. Where the tour ends there is a taxi rank
A dress code is required to visit the cathedral. Men cannot wear shorts and tank tops, and women cannot wear shorts, miniskirts, and tops
Bermuda shorts and T-shirts are allowed
At the entrance of the cathedral, you can buy a light jacket (1€) to cover your shoulders and legs.
If you stay in the old town can organize (with an extra fee.) a pick up from your hotel to walk to the meeting point. It is a chance for suggestions about local restaurants or shopping.

Great guide. I think it was geared a bit more to the food and less to the history than I expected. We did however learn a good amount, tried a variety of foods, and were happy we booked this tour. Part of the tour is through the Capo market, which is really interesting. It can be hard to hear while there, but our guide did an admirable job of making it work. We would do this again.

Our guide, Fabrizio, was amazing. Being from Palermo, he was very knowledgeable and entertaining, and he kept it to a comfortable pace. The food was good, although the description on the tour said a beer, wine, water, etc. would be included, but only beer and water were offered. The city is not as clean as so many others we've seen, and the scooters and cars going down the very narrow streets was dangerous and unnerving!!

Fabrizio was a friendly, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable guide. My only negative was we sat for over 30 minutes to sample some of the food. While the tastings were very authentic and delicious, I would have preferred to mix the food with more walking and historical information.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Food Tour über den Markt in Palermo. Unser Tour Guide war super freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat die Tour mit viel Herz und Wissen gestaltet. Die Auswahl der Speisen war hervorragend – alles war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Besonders schön war, dass man an den verschiedenen Stationen immer wieder die Möglichkeit hatte, auf eigene Kosten noch weitere Spezialitäten zu probieren. Neben dem Essen haben wir auch interessante Einblicke in die Stadt, ihre Geschichte und die verschiedenen Gebäude bekommen. Dadurch war die Tour nicht nur kulinarisch, sondern auch kulturell sehr interessant. Insgesamt eine rundum gelungene Tour mit einem großartigen Guide. Absolut empfehlenswert! 😊🍝🇮🇹

guide was nice, kind, funny and attentive to all guests needs. don't expect to eat a lot or eat very qualitative street food. it is mostly fried things and not so delicious. also, the first drink spot with the frozen cappuccino, you have to pay extra. I do not find this ok, some extra marketing not included in the tour. in the second spot, we were not informed in time there was some beer included ( 1 bottle of 750ml beer for few people) which is also very little, and we bought before our own beer. so overly all you do not get much from the tour. regarding the history, the guide was very well informed. so 5 stars for the knowledge part. he also paid attention to stay in the shadow all the time. so 5 stars for cosiness.

Fabrizio è una guida (ufficiale) esperta, divertente e molto preparata. Ci ha portato in giro per il centro di Palermo illustrando storia e monumenti della sua città e raccontando divertenti aneddoti. Der Guide war unterhaltsam. Leider ist das Essen an meinen bisherigen Food Tours richtig schlecht. Es gibt billigstes street Food und das auch schlecht gemacht. Man kann wirklich besseres Essen für das Geld anbieten und nicht nur frittiertes, fettiges Zeug. Schade, es gibt so hervorragendes Essen in Palermo, aber nicht auf dieser Tour.

Our tour with Fabrizio was a fantastic way to explore Palermo. We got to try street food and had an informative tour of Palermo. We explored the markets and historic downtown, it was a great balance. Fabrizio was a kind and professional tour guide and we would definitely recommend this tour! Additionally, pack your walking shoes, and there are restrooms along the way. He was also very generous with the beer :) There’s also a vegetarian option for the arancina. Don’t hesitate and book this tour!
