The tour used radiotransmitters to communicate that were of such low quality that the tour guide was impossible to understand. I would have done just as well with a self-guided tour.

Chiara was a great guide. She has extensive knowledge about the Duomo. She was funny and, amazingly, remembered where each of the couple (at least 10) came from. We will be recommending this tour.
