They sold us a tour for the Roman Forum, that started 15 minutes late, mixed us into another group, and there was no guided tour of the Roman Forum at all. When I questioned it, they pretended not to understand and simply handed us the tickets. In short, we lost an entire morning and were unable to use the tickets!

Die Tour konnte nicht wie geplant stattfinden. Die Organisation vor Ort war sehr chaotisch und unübersichtlich.

Guide did not show at designated spot or time. Neither we or the booking service were able to connect with the guide. Our morning plans were wasted. Rome is too crowded for last minute pivots.

This was just a quick scan. The guide was rude and only stayed with us for about 10 minutes. The organisation was terrible. Avoid these people.
