Lamezia Terme: Artisan Gelato & Homemade Cones Experience

Zeer leuk en leerzame workshop. Hebben ruim de tijd genomen om diverse ijssoorten te maken en de bijbehorende handgemaakte hoorntje. Sfeer was relaxed en gezellig in kleine groep van 6 deelnemers.

I cannot express just how wonderful this experience was. Flavors that are unique to the region and Italy, in general. Valentino, the owner, gave us an immersive history and cultural lesson … yes, the gelato was the best I’ve had in my 2 weeks in Italy, and when coupled with Valentino’s story telling, it made the experience magical.

Valentino ti accompagna in questo viaggio, spiegandoti tutto il processo, si creano anche i coni! Bellissimo. Poi la parte più attesa è quella della degustazione! Báječný zážitek pro celou rodinu během deštivého dne! Vyzkoušeli jsme si celý proces výroby zmrzliny od míchání ingrediencí přes zhotovení kornoutků až po konzumaci! Průvodci byli milí a komunikativní. Doporučuju.

Wir waren nur zu zweit und dennoch hat sich Valentino viel Zeit für uns genommen. Es hat viel Spaß gemacht in einer Eisdiele der 60er Jahre Waffeln und Eis herzustellen.

Es war ein sehr schönes Event. Wir haben viel gelernt; Eishörnchen selber herzustellen war eine mega Erfahrung. Die hergestellten Eissorten waren ausnahmslos einmalig und überwältigend lecker. Der Inhaber lebt und liebt sein Handwerk, sodass der Funke der Begeisterung auf uns Teilnehmer übergesprungen ist. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Fantastic experience! Loved every minute we spent with the very knowledgeable Valentino! We made so many flavours including the cone and got to sample all. Finally we filled our own cones. The experience was made better with the nostalgic 60’s Italian music and the retro ice cream shop. Grazie mille Valentino!

It was great to learn to make the cones as well as the gelati.. (non machine components). Valentino was a great host. Highly recommend

We felt very comfortable and we had so much fun! All the ingredients have such a good quality and everything was just delicious. We didnt want to leave. Valentino was so sympathic and we could feel his passion for what he is doing. We will definetly come back to eat more of the icecream.
