Private Family Tour of Venice with Fun Activities for Kids

Hello, we had a reservation for a guided tour and came to the meeting point on time. We waited at the meeting point for at least half an hour and the guide didn’t show up. We tried to call and text her but she didn’t answer, than we contacted the provider which told us that the guide isn’t answering them as well. The provider told us that the guide waited for us but no one showed up even though we did. She didn’t even try to contact us not through a text or a phone call. She just ruined our trip, we brought our kids to Venice for the first time and booked this tour because it’s adjusted for kids! We will never book another attraction through you and will now cancel the attractions that are already booked from this provider. We are DEMANDING a full refund on this awful experience. Thanks to you the kids are crying ant the trip is ruined.
