The tour guide was very informative and interesting.

We had no guide. We paid extra for times tickets and the whole arrangement was confusing,’and the tour “helpers” were rude. We ended up paying extra for audio guides and that was fine.

Great storytelling!!! Learned many things about history and culture!

Tour was great and informative. We were able to move from section to section easily. We were informed of the meanings of the art inside. Learned about the construction and changes that were made throughout history. The climb to the top was worth the effort. Would do it again

Gostamos da guia e da atração. Vale muito a pena entender a construção da catedral e do Duomo. Subir à cúpula, apesar de cansativo, é imperdível. A vista da cidade é linda! Por fim, ver a Pieta de Michelangelo foi emocionante.

The guide arrived late and wasted time with uninteresting anecdotes and a poor sense of humor. She was rude and brusque with the guests. Do not recommend!

The guide talked way too much about stuff no one cared about. We could have seen a lot more if she talked less
