The photographer was quite unprepared. He did not even know how long the tour was going to be for and had only a few options for photo spots. The photographer also did not pose us well at all, and blamed the time of day for the bad pictures, but it was sunset. Trying to get the photos was also very difficult from the company because they didn’t respond to the photographer or to me the customer, so it took about a month to get the edited photos. Also, the edited photos did not meet my expectations. They only edited 10 and it was mostly to fix the terrible lighting that the photographer used. The edits did not include any facial touchups, taking people out of the background, or extremely bad lighting issues. One of the issues was that the light was directly shining on our faces, and the photos just made the faces look extra, shiny and sweaty. All in all quite a terrible experience, especially for the price.
