Rapallo Boat Tour: Discover Portofino, San Fruttuoso & Camogli

The stops were all great. However, the boat driver could have been a bit more friendly. He did not provide the floating noodles until we asked if there were any. By that point, it was already half way through our snorkeling session. Also when one of the passengers got hurt, they did not provide a first aid kit even though they asked. Overall good trip, but would prefer a different driver.

L'esperienza nel complesso è stata piacevole, ma la gestione della prenotazione ci ha deluso. Avevamo prenotato un tour di 5 ore con partenza alle 13:00. La mattina stessa, intorno alle 10:30, sono stato contattato dal provider, che mi ha chiesto se fosse un problema posticipare la partenza alle 14:00. Ho accettato senza esitazione, pensando che si trattasse semplicemente di uno slittamento di un'ora. Solo alla fine dell'escursione abbiamo scoperto di aver partecipato a un tour diverso, più breve, senza la tappa a Camogli prevista dal tour da noi prenotato. Questa modifica non ci é mai stata comunicata chiaramente. Do comunque 3 stelle perché il tour è stato davvero piacevole e Mauri è stato una guida eccellente. Ho apprezzato anche la rapidità con cui è stato rimborsato il prezzo pagato in eccesso. Resta però il rammarico per la scarsa trasparenza, una comunicazione chiara fin dall'inizio avrebbe reso l'esperienza decisamente migliore.

We couldn’t recommend this tour enough. It’s an amazing way to see bits and pieces of the riviera, neighboring towns, and hard to reach landmarks. Mauri was fantastic, so knowledgeable and very kind. We stayed in Rapallo and were glad to see Portofino and Camogli. An hour at each was just enough time and the swimming portion was super fun. Also a very small group (5-8 people) which is nice. Highly highly recommend!
