Florence: Tuscan Farm Cooking Class with Wine Tasting

A must do! This is was my families favorite thing we did in Italy. Leo, the guide, was the best! Funny and friendly and knowledgeable. The driver was very friendly and funny. The farm was breathtakingly beautiful. There was plenty of delicious wine and amazing cheese. Making the raviolis was the best part. Leo was a great teacher and we all had so much fun first making the dough and then making the raviolis and filling them. When we sat down for lunch, there was a beautiful spread of delicious cheeses and appetizers. The raviolis we made were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this experience. The absolute best for adults and kids.
