Benedictine Monastery of Catania: English Guided Tour

J’ai vraiment apprécié cette visite en anglais très facile à comprendre. La guide était vraiment adorable. Je recommande !

Een goeie activiteit maar had er meer van verwacht. De trappen waren prachtig maar stopt het een beetje.

la guide était un peu en retard et sa.présentation très basic sinon elle était intéressante et facile à comprendre et maîtrisait bien la visite

The guide explains the history in an accesible and interesting way. The university interwoven with the different histories of the monastery is beautiful.

This was a fantastic tour. Our tour guide was excellent and took the hour at the pace of the people on the tour. You got to see places that the students (as the old monastery is now a working University)’ and others don’t get to see.

Wry informative and interesting

Nous avions hate de visiter l’ancien monastère, mais la visite a ete faite au pas de charge par Nicolas qui avait plus envie de se donner en spectacle que d’expliquer l’histoire du lieu vraiment dommage

Our guide Matilde was great, she was entertaining and we learned a lot of interesting facts about the places and Catania’s history. There is a fair amount of walking and going up/down stairs so be prepared with water and good shoes!

Nuestra guía Carmen nos trató de maravilla. En un tour en inglés ella se preocupó de hablarnos en español ya que lo hablaba y nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Nos dio mucha información sobre el monasterio y lo disfrutamos mucho.
