Lecce: Salento Coast to Coast Tour

We saw so much of the country that we would not have seen otherwise, stopping in interesting places along the way. Be prepared for a full 9 hour day. We stopped for lunch in a lovely seafood restaurant with an amazing view. The car was a small Fiat with 5 adults in it...a bit tight. We paid for an English speaking driver, which we did not get. We were fortunate that the people we shared the ride with were English/Italian teachers so the gap was filled. Our driver Luca was friendly, kind and accommodating, just know, he is paid to be a driver, not necessarily a "tour guide." We were glad we took this tour.
