Premium Pizza-Making Class with a Pizzaiolo in Como

We had a wonderful time! The class was fantastic, and our host, Francesco, was absolutely amazing. We ran into an unexpected problem on our way to the class, and Francesco went out of his way to help us—even though he had absolutely no obligation to do so. We ended up arriving late, but instead of turning us away, he was incredibly understanding and took the time to go through everything with us from start to finish. Francesco is kind, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, and his staff were just as amazing. We truly enjoyed our experience, and he left a lasting impression on us. If you’re considering taking his class, do it—you won’t regret it! We highly recommend it!

Ich habe den Kurs mit meinem 16-jährigen Sohn besucht. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Nachmittag. Frank ist ein toller Lehrer: er hat jeden Schritt genau erklärt, viele Tipps gegeben und hat alle Fragen eingehend beantwortet. Außerdem ist er der perfekte Gastgeber. Er ist sehr herzlich und aufmerksam, hat immer darauf geachtet, dass alle Getränke haben. Als unsere Pizza fertig war, haben wir zusammen gegessen. Die Pizza war hervorragend und auch die Gespräche waren toll. Frank hat während des Kurses immer wieder Fotos von uns gemacht, die er uns im Anschluss auch direkt geschickt hat. Das fand ich sehr schön. Vielen lieben Dank Frank und alles Gute für dich!

We had the BESTTTTTT TIME with Frank and Paul!!! It is one of the coolest experiences we have had in Italy and the pizza is delicioussssss that we made! I have a daughter with special needs who is gluten free and they went over and beyond to accommodate her. They even drove to get us at a certain location so we would not get lost. They were incredible teachers and soooo fun!!! And sooooo kind!! If we come back to como we will definitely do that again with Frank and Paul!! A + for sure!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻😊😊😊😊

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Tag mit Frank unserem Pizzakurs-Leiter und seinem Kollegen verbracht. Alle Teilnehmenden waren sehr begeistert von dem tollen Pizzakurs. Die Atmosphäre war einmalig, auch aufgrund der guten Gespräche mit Frank. Zudem war die Versorgung mit Getränken spitze. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen jedem in Como dabei zu sein.

An absolute highlight of our time in Italy! 🍕 Chef Francesco is a master of the craft and an incredibly welcoming host. He broke down the entire process—from making the dough from scratch to shaping the crust—making it so easy to follow and replicate at home. The wood-fired Neapolitan pizza we created was phenomenal. If you are visiting the area, I highly recommend booking this class! Grazie mille, Francesco!

Francesco was an incredible teacher who is clearly very passionate about pizza. This class was probably the single coolest thing we did in Italy. Francesco was happy to answer any questions and does well to explain in English for those who only speak English. The class itself felt like you were learning in his home. It did not feel rushed at all which I really appreciated. It is taught in a way that will allow you to try it in your own home. You definitely get what you pay for. And most importantly, the pizza was very good.
