To maintain a smooth experience and ensure perfect timing, your first tour in Herculaneum starts at 11.30 am followed by Pompeii. While the standard itinerary starts with Herculaneum followed by Pompeii, the order may change based on ticket time slots, traffic conditions, or operational needs. Guests will always be contacted in advance to confirm updated details.
Please be at the meeting point (Herculaneum and Pompeii) at least 10 minutes before the time selected. Our guide will wait for you at the ticket office in Herculaneum (inside the Park, having your contact details in case of need) and at our office in Pompeii (1, Villa dei Misteri street, 80045 Pompeii).
