From Milan: Verona, Sirmione & Private Lake Garda Cruise

Here’s a polished and natural rephrasing: It was a wonderful day trip with my family and friends, and we enjoyed every moment of it. Our guides, Monica and Sarah, gave us a warm welcome and explained the day’s itinerary very clearly. Mr. Andrea, who specializes in Verona’s history, culture, and civilization, shared excellent insights and background information about the city. The bus was comfortable, the bus guide was always giving info about where we were driving past. What might be helpful to know is from Milan we left very early in the morning(7am) pick-up up a group from Bergamo and went to Verona then. we got there around 10am, which meant the town was already full of tourists. We had a good local guide to tell us about the cultural history of Verona, which was interesting. We had a great lunch at Nastro Azzuro - the restaurant recommended - we had a feeling we could be a tourist trap, but if it was awesome - local food, local wine really good. Off to Sermione, and we had free time, but it did lack a bit more of history and guidance, even though the village itself is full of shops and restaurants. you would have free time to visit the castle on your own do the shops - not both. The advantage of doing on your own (which the guide herself said it was easy) would be getting there early and maybe get a guide there. overall it was good.

The bus itself was quite comfortable outside of not having any restroom for such a long trip. It would also have been nice to have more history and sites pointed out during the long rides. Verona was very nice and not too crowded . Not really enough time to do much but walk around .Serimone was very crowded and the optional boat ride was nice but could not see well through the boat bimini for photos. The stop at the AutoGrille on the way to Verona was a nice break

It was good . Wished we had more time to enjoy Vérone. I would recommend that you advice your customers not to go to the olimp cafe opposite to the bus station as he abuses of tourists going with your trip and prentend that he has leverage on you if he does not get the money he asks for. He forced us to sit while we asked for takeaway just to charge us more . He was disrespectful and this may reflects on you as the impacted are your customers. Anyway, the trip was good the guide was amazing

Mario was a great guide the day overall was great. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I was a bit let down for the Verona part. The guide Andrea was absolutely lovely and obviously super passionate about Verona, but it was extremely hard to hear him in the headset. If you were more than 2m from Andrea it went muffly and couldn’t hear, or if Andrea spoke too loud it also went muffly, it was honestly just a constant buzzing sound in the ear. Others had the same issue. I overheard them complaining or some were taking the headset out. So it made it almost impossible to stay focused and invested when your ear is just a loud buzzing. I think this is something that can hopefully be easily resolved by the company though. Also, it says in the itinerary that you will see Juliet’s balcony, that’s not exactly the case. Juliet’s balcony isn’t covered in the tour, you can do this during your free time. If this was clear I would have booked fast track. I didn’t want to use my lunch time lining up. FYI
