This was perfect for us…simple and flexible. We got in quickly and could go at our own pace. We didn’t listen to a lot of the commentary while we were actually there…but you have access to it afterwards as well.

J'ai payé 48 euros/billet et lors de la remise des billets par l'agent sur place le prix inscrit sur le billet était de 13 euros!!!! Bien sûr on me réponds que la différence correspond aux frais (soit 35 euros!!!!) 🤬. Arnaque total. Aucun geste commercial. A banir.

Die Tickets haben wir nach etwas suchen bekommen. Wäre schön wenn vielleicht ein Hinweis auf dem Fähnchen ist. Der Dogenpalast ist absolut sehenswert.

הגענו בזמן למקום , אבל לא הצלחנו לאתר את המדריך. חיכנו זמן רב אולי יש איחור אבל לא הגיעו. אף אחד לא ידע לומר אם הייתה קבוצה. הפסדנו את הסיור. שלחנו בקשה להחזר תשלום. טרם קיבלנו תשובה

Der Dogenpalast an sich ist wirklich beeindruckend und ein Must-See in Venedig. Der Audioguide hingegen ist wegen schlechten Empfangs leider kaum brauchbar. Schade. An der ein oder anderen Stelle hätte ich gern mehr Infos gehabt.
