Private Home-made Pasta Cooking Class Near Pisa

100000000/10 this is one of the best experiences we have ever done. The hosts were so incredibly welcoming and amazing in all areas. We were served local food and wine even before our activity began and the pasta making was so authentic and informative. The hosts picked us up and offered to drop us off wherever we needed and were incredibly courteous. The location is absolutely stunning with incredible views and we got to eat outside in their beautiful gardens. Thank you so much for the experience we cannot recommend this activity enough!

I could not recommend this activity enough. From start to finish we felt so welcome and it was all so authentic. The hosts are so so lovely and we had such a nice time chatting with them and of course the pasta making! It was so informative and we loved trying all of the ingredients that were all locally sourced. The lesson was so informative and we will definitely be trying this at home. The house was beautiful, set in the mountains with the most incredible views! We then enjoyed the pasta for dinner with the hosts in their garden and spent the evening talking away watching the moon come up. It really was unforgettable!!

Vanaf een centraal punt in Pisa werden we opgepikt en naar de locatie gebracht, dit was ideaal gezien wij zelf geen vervoer hadden. Eenmaal aangekomen werden we hartelijk welkom geheten en kregen allerlei lokale lekkernijen te proeven met achtergrond verhalen. Hierna gingen we het deeg maken en kregen uitleg of de pasta en de verschillende pasta vormen. Hierna hebben we heerlijk met elkaar aan tafel gegeten van onze pasta met nog andere lokale producten. Het is een heel prettig gezelschap en je voelt je meteen thuis. Heerlijke olijfolie van de olijven van het land meegenomen als souveniertje voor thuis. Zeker een aanrader!

We had the best time! Eleanor was so friendly and knowledgable and really took the time to explain everything in detail as well as welcoming us into her home. The experience was fantastic and showcased the true Italian nature of how great ingredients came come together and make a fantastic meal. The pickup was really smooth and the drive was so scenic. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone wanting to learn how to make pasta the true and traditional way. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful time. The pasta lesson was private and held in a beautiful home on a farm between Lucca and Pisa. We had so much fun making the pasta. We also loved the homemade pesto, the organic wine made at a nearby farm and the conversations with Helena and her lovely family! We absolutely recommend. Love from Scotland! <3 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

It was absolutely amazing!! The hosts where kind, friendly, and welcoming in their beautiful authentic organic farm. We got welcomed with local snacks and amazing wines. Had an awesome cooking pasta class which we afterwards got to enjoy in the garden with an amazing panoramic view of the mountains - be prepared to be amazed and indulged in this truly authentic Italian experience!

The activity was brilliant from start to finish. The collection by Giacamo, the welcome from Helena when we arrived at the house. The wonderful appetisers and wine. The pesto, home grown produce. The pasta making was excellent. Helena went through each element, we used the equipment and then ate our own pasta. Elvis the volunteer was also very welcoming. Showed us round then we all sat down to a lovely meal in the garden. Wonderful antipasti, more wine, our pasta and a fruit salad made with fruit from Helena and Giacomo's garden. Lovely conversation at the table then we were taken back to Pisa. Giacomo gave us the choice of drop of point in Pisa. Would highly recommend this experience.

I honestly cannot think of a single thing that could be improved… this is a very special experience with very special, kind, knowledgeable, generous people! I could go on and on about Giacomo and Helena.🫶🏻We plan to stay in touch and return as many times as possible. Regarding the cooking experience… it was great fun to make our own pasta and then dine together, enjoying what we had made. Helena served appetizers, with all natural ingredients, locally and organically grown. 👌🏻 She is a wonderful, witty and patient hostess! And Giacomo was more than happy to oblige my request and indulged us in history on the ride to their home, that continued after dinner and on our ride back. And he too has his own level of witty charm ✨
