Amalfi Coast: one-day boat tour from Salerno to Amalfi

Instructions on location was not clear as there is 2 sides of the pier and we really didn’t now where they were. A little disappointed in the boat size for 4 guests, 2 guides and the large cooler. There was only one seat with a back making it awkward to be comfortable. The aperitif and breakfast tasted delicious but were only a a donut and small bun. We did not expect a meal, but for the price some cheese and meat would have been better for the way it was advertised. The skipper and guide had limited English but were friendly and did offer some limited history The tour was on time and very beautiful. They got us into a lovely cave and gave us time for a swim. Overall, was disappointed in the value of this tour.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish! We did the 4-hour boat tour from Salerno towards Amalfi and couldn’t fault a single thing. Beforehand, we received really helpful WhatsApp messages with clear instructions, and parking was incredibly easy, there’s a huge underground car park right next to the meeting point. Our skipper was fantastic: really friendly, spoke great English and pointed out and explained places along the coastline. We had breakfast pastries, light lunch snacks, plenty of drinks and lovely quality towels provided. We stopped several times to jump off the boat, swim and explore caves, with masks and floating noodles available to borrow. The whole experience felt relaxed, well organised and genuinely excellent value. The service was literally perfect. One of the highlights of our trip and I’d recommend it without hesitation!
