Positano Mini Cruise from Sorrento

Our ride came 1 hour late and they didn’t extend our return to compensate the delay! Staff with attitude acting like they don’t know English and respond in Italian, after 5 mins he speaks fluent English:) ? Never again with them

Positano is very pretty. However it wasn’t made that clear to us where we had to get the boat back from Positano; no real organisation, and no one to ask, plus everyone had different times on their tickets

Better signage at the check-in area would be nice. It took quite some time for us to find the Seramar sign.

Boat was Super late, i guess it’s an italian mindset.

the boat on the way back was bigger and had comfortable seats, while the morning 'cruise' was more of a fishing boat and was very hot. lots of people with young children were struggling to keep them cool.

Das Schiff kam beide male zu spät und den Deck wo die Abfahrt stattfinden sollte war schwer zu findne, das Schiff war sehr klein und überfüllt ansonsten war alles ok

We waited for an hour with no communication whatsoever. That meant one hour less to spend in Positano

Positano was beautiful. We toured on our own. What was very bad, the boat was 30 minutes late, no one on sight to explain and during the whole voyage, there was no one explaining what we were seeing.

Wir waren zu spät, weil wir 1,5 Stunden im Stau gestanden haben. Wollten umbuchen, aber die Gesellschaft sagte dass der Anspruch verfallen ist. Für soviel Entgegenkommen diese Bewertung.
