   After Pisa, the hour-long drive to Florence is a scenic ride through the beautiful hills of Tuscany. You will stop at the Piazzale Michelangelo to get your first, panoramic view of the splendid Renaissance city of Florence.

   Piazza di Santa Croce

   Your driver will take you to the centre of Florence to explore its numerous architectural beauties on your own, or you can upgrade to the guided walking tour option to have a professional art historian guide with you!

   Piazza Del Duomo

   One of top places is undoubtedly Florence’s Duomo along with Brunelleschi’s Dome, the Baptistery with its magnificent bronze doors, and Giotto’s Bell Tower!

   You will have time to visit a museum, go shopping, or enjoy a quiet drink at one of Florence’s many cafes. Remember that if you upgrade to the private guided tour in Florence, this will include the visit to the Accademia Gallery where Michelangelo's David is preserved. Unfortunately the tour must end, and you will be driven back to Livorno on time to embark for the next stage of your cruise.
