Tolfa is a quiet small village surrounded by the thick Mediterranean vegetation with green meadows and pastures, famous for its cousine and traditional gastronomy characterized by delicious cold cuts, cheese, ricotta, vegetable soups and wine. Along the main central narrow street there are the typical leather artisan shops producing leather items such as boots, bags, shoes, belts, slippers and saddles. The guided visit of the leather workshops will be an authentic local experience.
