We will stay in the former Florio factory, where we will take a real dip into the past.
You will learn to prepare at least two appetizers, including the delicious eggplant caponata, the irresistible arancine and fresh pasta using the precious flour of Perciasacchi, an ancient wheat of our production, accompanying it with an exquisite seasoning like almond pesto. Following traditions handed down from generation to generation.
Car rides are not included.
