Trop monde et les indications du guide pour faire la queue n'était pas clair

Excessivement cher par rapport au prix réel, pas de vrai guide audio mais, une appli à télécharger et qui n'est même pas à jour

It was an excellent tour. Had ear plugs to listen to our guide as it can get loud in the museum. Would recommend

The statue of David will be truly worth your money, time, effort. Ticket guy was nice and kind and this ticket allowed us to enter the academia bery quickly as a group. Didn’t use a guide tour.

Incredible experience that is a must for first time Florence visitors.

Great tour, we were well informed and were able to see a lot on this tour. Skipping the long line was very welcoming as it was about to rain. Our guide kept us in the loop and encouraged questions. A very good choice at a decent price.

Timed ticket but had to wait for entry with a tour group. I departed the group once in but then found them constantly blocking room entry and exit at various times across the gallery, prominently annoying the general public.
