We had to wait at the meeting point for a half hour, then move to a line to wait for another 45 minutes, for the museum to let us in. The tour was less than a half hour long. We were charged, to change our reservation time. So we ended up paying almost $200 for two people for less than a half hour tour. Way overpriced, and too crowded.

It felt like they were doing us a favor. It was rushed, unclear, and not engaging at all

We got to see the David, but nothing else. Entry was an hour behind schedule and we needed to get to a train. Unfortunate that it is advertised as a Skip the Line tour, because we waited in line for nearly an hour.
