   An old water mill dating back to the 16th century. The building was erected in several stages, and the foundations of the original building rest on the bare rock, called croda (literally cliff).

   First we visit a Prosecco winery with a guided tour where you will see and understand all the various processes involved in the production of Prosecco. Then a wine tasting with several glasses of Prosecco Superiore DOCG awaits you.
