This was a fantastic class. Carlo is a multi talented chef. His garden is beautiful and the scenery and fresh air were great additions to the making of pasta and cannolis. Highly recommend it!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf der Terrasse und im Garten von Carlo und seiner Frau. Wir haben Früchte und Kräuter gesammelt und gelernt Canoli und Pasta zu machen. Danach noch das Dinner bei Sonnenuntergang. Sehr spannend, lehrreich und unglaublich lecker. Wir danken Carlo und seiner Frau für diesen wunderbaren Nachmittag.

We had the most wonderful time at Carlo’s cooking class! A relaxing and perfumed visit of the garden full of vegetables and fruits, an interesting and funny class and a delicous lunch afterwards!

A truly authentic experience – you couldn’t ask for anything better than what Carlo has to offer. I’d recommend it to everyone. The welcome and service were perfect: Carlo and his mum are incredibly kind and exceptionally attentive. He’s the best in his field. Many thanks to the whole family.
