Begin the tour with a pickup from your accommodation in Rome by an air-conditioned comfortable vehicle and Professional English-speaking Driver. Start your 1,5-hour drive to Montecassino, observing the landscape as you go. Upon your arrival, begin a self-guided tour of the Abbey of Montecassino, one of the most well-known Abbeys in the world.

Monte Cassino Polish War Cemetery

Visit to the Polish War Cemetery Work on the construction of the cemetery began in 1944, shortly after the end of hostilities, and was finished in 1946. The official consecration, however, took place on 1 September 1945 during a multi-faith celebration conducted according to the rites of the Roman Catholic, Orthodox, Protestant and Jewish faiths, and was attended by representatives of the Polish Government-in-Exile and of Allied Command.

No need to take Bus Shuttle from ship since our permits allow us to enter in the Cruise Port.
In Shared Tour Option only: Your Driver may make a few stops (usually 2/3 stops) along the way to pick up, or drop off, fellow passengers. This means that your Driver could arrive within 15-30 minutes of your scheduled pickup time.
