The castle is still the private property of Prince Livio Odescalchi, and the interior of the castle has been transformed into a historical museum open to the public to visit. As you make your way through the splendid rooms fit for Kings and Popes, you can admire the 6 centuries worth of artwork, furniture, weaponry, books, and manuscripts, providing you with a genuine glimpse into the private quarters and lives of some of Italy’s most powerful historical figures.
