The general Domenico Pino, owner of Villa d'Este bought part of it in 1816 and transformed the nunnery into a manor house. Today a stunning exhibition and conference center, often used as a cinema and television set.

   The only island at Lake Como owned by the Brera Academy of Milan. A Perfect spot for swimming.

   An elegant and romantic wedding location, home of the cardinal Durini who bought the nearby Dosso di Lavedo. Set for the movie "The House of Gucci".
