   The Torre Grossa (Great Tower) is San Gimignano’s tallest and only climbable tower, standing 54 meters (177 feet) high. Located in the Piazza del Duomo, it is part of the Palazzo Comunale and features historic frescoes inside. A climb to the top rewards visitors with one of the best viewpoints in Tuscany.
