Pickup & drop-off

Our driver will contact the clients the day before the tour via phone or text to confirm the pickup time. On the day of the tour, the driver will pick up clients directly at their hotel or accommodation address. The driver will be waiting outside with a black vehicle and, if necessary, will hold a sign with the clients’ name. If the hotel is located in a restricted traffic area, we will arrange the closest possible pickup point in advance and inform the clients accordingly.
