During the tasting, dedicated options are available for specific dietary requirements, including a gluten-free Caprese cake for guests with coeliac disease, a lactose-free Santa Patrizia sfogliatella, and, upon request, soy-based beverages.
The tasting included in the experience features a Santa Patrizia Riccia Sfogliatella, accompanied by a second pastry of your choice and a mini babà. To enhance the tasting journey, guests will also enjoy two homemade liqueurs, one coffee-flavoured and one citrus-flavoured, together with a beverage of choice between traditional moka coffee, cappuccino, or water.
