Pickup & drop-off

Airport pick-ups and drop-offs will happen from and to Florence airport only. Pick-ups will commence from 3:30 p.m. onwards. As all guests will be arriving at different times, we will be picking everyone up in groups. To accommodate this, we may ask you to wait at the airport for a maximum of 1 hour.
