An adults-only evening in the heart of Trastevere: make fresh pasta from scratch, from hand-rolled ravioli to classic Amatriciana, guided by a born-and-raised Roman chef. In between you'll taste true Roman pizza al taglio, learn to mix a perfect Aperol Spritz and other Italian aperitivi, and sip Prosecco as you cook. The evening ends with traditional Tiramisu and a printed recipe pack to take home.
