   By booking this experience, travellers will receive a brief introduction to the route and use of the bicycle. After a quick safety briefing, the tour will begin along quiet rural roads surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and dry stone walls, in the heart of the Itria Valley. Along the way, participants will cycle through suggestive groups of trulli, with panoramic stops for photographs and brief explanations about history, local traditions and life on the farms. The pace is pleasant and suitable for everyone, with flat sections and light climbs. Short breaks are provided to relax and enjoy the landscape surrounded by nature. Part of the tour includes about 30 minutes of cycling without stops, crossing a characteristic landscape made of trulli, olive trees and dry stone walls, ideal for experiencing the authentic tranquility of the territory. Along the way it will be possible to observe farms and cultivated land, symbol of Apulian tradition.
