Itinerary

1. 1

   Piazza Navona

   40min

To reach this spot, you will need to walk for about 8 minutes. Since this beautiful location is nestled in the heart of the historic district, and this square is close to the next two major attractions, your driver will walk with you to save time so you can explore all three locations together. An elegant, oval-shaped public space built on the site of the ancient Stadium of Domitian. This square is the pinnacle of Baroque architecture, featuring Bernini’s famous Fountain of the Four Rivers. Today, it’s a lively hub filled with street artists, outdoor cafes, and musicians.

2. 2

   Pantheon

   35min

To reach this spot, you will need to walk for about 5 minutes. Since this beautiful location is nestled in the heart of the historic district, and this square is close to the next attraction, your driver will walk with you to save time so you can explore all three locations together. A former Roman temple, now a Catholic church, dedicated to "all gods." Built by Hadrian around 126 AD, it is the best-preserved ancient Roman building in the world. Its massive concrete dome—still the largest unreinforced dome ever built—features an opening called the oculus, which lets in light (and rain!) to create a divine atmosphere.

3. 3

   Trevi Fountain

   50min

To reach this spot, you will need to walk for about 5 minutes. Since this beautiful location is nestled in the heart of the historic district your driver will walk with you to save time so you can explore it easily. The largest Baroque fountain in Rome and one of the most famous in the world. Designed by Nicola Salvi, this masterpiece features Oceanus on a shell-shaped chariot. Legend has it that if you toss a coin over your left shoulder with your right hand, you are guaranteed a return trip to Rome.

4. 4

   Giardino degli Aranci

   50min

A small, fragrant park on the Aventine Hill officially known as Parco Savello. Explanation: Famous for its symmetrical rows of bitter orange trees, it offers one of Rome’s most romantic panoramic views. Just a few steps away is the famous "Keyhole" through which you can see the dome of St. Peter's perfectly framed.

5. 5

   Circo Massimo

   Pass by

An ancient Roman chariot-racing stadium and mass entertainment venue. Explanation: Once able to hold over 150,000 spectators, it is now a large public park. While most of the original structure is gone, the vast footprint allows you to visualize the scale of the "Ben-Hur" style races that once took place here.

6. 6

   St. Peter's Basilica

   1h 10min

The grand elliptical plaza located directly in front of St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican City. Designed by Bernini to look like "the motherly arms of the church" reaching out to embrace the faithful, it is bordered by massive colonnades topped with 140 statues of saints. It’s where the world gathers to hear the Pope speak.

7. 7

   Colosseum

   50min

This is the heart of ancient Rome’s entertainment district. Standing here gives you a 360-degree view of the world’s largest ancient amphitheater, the Arch of Constantine, and the remains of the Temple of Venus and Roma. It’s the ultimate "monumental" selfie spot.

8. 8

   Piazza Venezia / Ancient City

   40min

The political/social hub of Ancient Rome (Forum) and the central hub of the modern city. The Forum is an open-air museum of ruins like the Senate House. Just a few steps away is Piazza Venezia, dominated by the massive white marble Altare della Patria (Victor Emmanuel II Monument). It serves as the geographical heart where the city's main avenues intersect.
